Unattended Shutdown VMs when host powers down

I have a UPS on my Linux (Fedora 23) host. When the UPS goes to shut down the machine, the operation is blocked because VMs are running. Instead of the dialog box, I'd like to insert code to shut down those VMs. Where's my hook?
