Can anyone recommend an easy-to-install guest OS for a Linux Mint host?
I now run Windows 7 as my only guest OS. I'd like another guest OS, to be configured with a browser and network access, and to be used only for online financial transactions. I think I'll be more secure if I do online $$$ stuff with a dedicated virtual machine. (Maybe I'm wrong.)
I looked at BSD as a guest OS, but suspect I may have to work pretty hard to get it going.
Can anyone recommend a guest OS that's likely to install and run easily under a VB host in Linux Mint?

What's wrong with Mint? You should be familiar with it.

Perryg, I feel dumb. It never occurred to me that I can run Linux Mint -- or Ubuntu, I suppose -- as a guest on a Linux Mint host. I had the idea that the guest had to be a dissimilar OS.
