ldconfig: Can't create temporary on Ubuntu 14.04

Hello everyone, lately i have been working with a fresh copy of ubuntu on virtualbox 5.0.16
and for some reason i cannot deal with shared lib files
and my biggest issue here is using ldconfig

i am all open to try and show anything you want

Sounds to me this is more of a guest OS issue than VirtualBox. Have you asked the Ubuntu forums?
