Cannot start VirtualBox under user

Gentoo, using virtualbox-bin package (5.0.14.105127)
user id:
uid=1000(basilio) gid=1000(basilio) groups=1000(basilio),7(lp),10(wheel),18(audio),103(plugdev),106(lpadmin),989(vboxusers)

When I try to start VirtualBox it gives following error:

Failed to initialize COM or to find the VirtualBox COM server. Most likely, the VirtualBox server is not running or failed to start.
The application will now terminate.

VirtualBox starts under root without problems.
