Can't start VirtualBox 5.0.10 on PCLinuxOS - critical error

I have a new installed Virtual Box and rebooted for modules to build. However when I try to start VirtualBox I get the following Critical Error window :

Failed to create the VirtualBoxClient COM object.
The application will now terminate.

What is going on and how do I fix?
