Can't start my USB device

Hi all,who can help me to fix this problem below ?

My host is Linuxmint 17.2 and installed Virtualbox 5.0.6, the guest system is Windows7 X64, I need to use some usb device (USB to RS485 and Siemens USB pc adpater) ,I used manufacture's driver but it isn't work correctly (the device manager shows this device cannot start code10 ).

Vmware workstation is OK, Why Virtualbox have this problem. :((

USB requirements are you have installed the extension pack ( on the host ) and added your user name to the vboxusers group on the host and reboot to enable the permission change.
