Alt+tab problem with virtualbox 5

Hi, here is my configuration.
Host: Ubuntu 14.4 LTS
Guest1: Win 7 32bit
Guest2: Ubunti 12.4 LTS

I've a dual monitor workstation with windows-guest on monitor 1 and ubuntu-guest on monitor 2.

With the old version of virtualbox (4.3) I could use Alt+tab to switch applications on windowd, then host+alt+tab to switch guest and then using alt+tab I could switch between application on ubuntu.
Now it appends that when using alt+tab on one of the two guest sometimes the focus pass to the host and I have to click on both guest to regain the focus on a guest.

Anyone have suggestions to fix that problem?

I don't have a dual monitor and still have an alt-tab problem as the OP describes with VirtualBox 5.

Host: Windows 7
Guest: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

IOW, it may not be because it's a linux host.
