[Solved] GURU_MEDITATION on Ubuntu as Host and MSXP as Guest

First of all apologies if this has been answered already, i searched the net to the end and can only find relateing topics for Ubutntu that are years old. Linux and VirtualBox is all a bit new to me so any advices greatly recived! I'm running Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and VM VirtualBox 4.3.18, My Guest Machine is MS XP SP2. My Host has 8 GB RAM and have tried numerouse variations of allocating ram to VMVirtualBox at the moment it has 1GB, i'm not doing anything more than running Itunes and Picasa.

I'vebeen getting the following, is it to do with my Graphics card? what do i need to do?

Enable VT-x in your host BIOS, or disable it in the VM settings. Preferably the former, since without VT-x your VM options will be limited to older 32bit guests.
