NAT setting NOT working - (Bridged Adapter Does Work)

I have a Win 7 64bit guest that I imported into a Linux Mint 13/Virtualbox 4.3.12 setup.

Selecting the NAT setting does NOT allow me to the internet, but the Bridged Adapter Does work - perfectly in fact.

The NAT selection works on my windows hosts for this VM . . . but I can't seem to figure out why it doesn't on the Linux Host.

Any ideas?
