Ubuntu 14.04 Host+WHS 2011 Guest Cannot access shared folder

Hi everyone,
I'm kinda new to Virtualisation, here's my setup

AMD 8 cores 3.7GhZ
8gb of ram
120gb Kingston SSD V330 (Host and Guest are stored in this drive for efficency)
1 x 3tb WD RED (containing all my files)
2 x 1tb WD Black
1 x 1tb WD Green

I've installed Ubuntu 14.04 as the Host on the SSD and I also Installed WHS 2011 as the Guest in VirtualBox.
I've already setup my drive pool in WHS for all the 1tb HDDs. Now I would like to transfer all the files from the 3tb to my drive pool. I know it is possible using the share folder because I've done it before. But for some reason VirtualBox is not able to map the drive on the guest. When I tried to mount the share folder manually WHS was saying that the network location doesn't exist. I've already installed the guest addition 4.3.10 and I'm running VirtualBox 4.3.14.

Specs for WHS Guest VM :
2 processor
2560mb of ram (will eventually drop it to 2048mb because after a few test the system only use 1538mb)
250gb for the VDI (Since WHS requires 250gb of storage in order to install has it creates to partitions. One for the OS and programs and the other for initial data storage)
I used the windows 2008 preset as WHS 2011 is based on Windows Server 2008

Any suggestions ?

Post a VM log file please. Minimum information needed for assistance.

The log file is incomplete - please don't grab logs of sessions which are still running, as the value of a partial log is limited.

In what remains of the log, I see no sign that you've installed the Guest Additions, without which GA shared folders can't work. Read about the GAs in the user manual.

Alright know VirtualBox just crashed my system and corrupt all my drives !!!!!
Thankfully I didn't transfer any files on it yet. Do you know if this happens a lot?
Because I need this system to be working 24/7 without a hitch

alright this issue has been fixed, the guest additions was not correctly installed
