critical error

I have Rhel6(Red Hat Enterprise Linux Workstation release 6.4 (Santiago)) as my host machine trying to install MAC OS 10.6 as my guest

When i try to start the MAC OS vm for the first time i get a critical error when loading System\library\caches\com.apple.kext.caches\startup\Externsions.mkext.

I attach the log file.

Here is the error " failing on ERROR [COM]: aRC=E_ACCESSDENIED (0x80070005) aIID={8ab7c520-2442-4b66-8d74-4ff1e195d2b6} aComponent={Console} aText={The object is not ready}, preserve=false"
