Hello, is there any chance to install Virtualbox on a production server (centos 5.9 + gamecp) without any problems and without reinstall anything?

As long as you only install VirtualBox on that server it will not cause any harm. If you start a VM and you trigger a fatal bug, then the host might might crash or reboot. But such bugs are very rare and I'm not aware of such a problem for CentOS.
