VERR_PERMISSION_DENIED Hostinterfacenetworking

Hi,

When starting the nodes on different users for the same virtual box Getting following error . we are using vboxnet0 for the machines for only one user at a time . for only vboxnet0 interface we are getting this issue. can you please provide the workaround .we need to work only on the specified version of virtualbox.

failed to open or create the internal network
Hostinterfacenetwork-vboxnet0
(VERR_PERMISSION_DENIED)

we are using
Linux Version : SUSE 11
Virtualbox : 4.1.6

For only vboxnet0 we are getting this issue .. for other interfaces it is working fine

Need small help. we are unable to start virtual machines using same interface for different users. we are not using the same interface on the same time for different users still we unable to start the machines

we tried running following command from one your posts
VBoxManage setextradata <vmname> VBoxInternal/Devices/e1000/0/LUN#0/Config/RestrictAccess 0

now we are getting
Configuration error: Failed to get MAC adress
(VERR_CFGM_VALUE_NOT_FOUND).

can you please suggest with the work around

we are using 4.1.8 virtualbox version
linux : suse 11.2

Without the verbatim error message, the log file of the VM and its configuration, not much we can tell you.
For the log file and the VM configuration, you can find instruction here. Make sure you attach it all as a zip file.

Also, what are the permission on the host-only interface?
