Failed to install Guest Additions - OK NOW

When I try to install Guest Additions I get this message-

Could not find the VirtualBox Guest Additions CD image file /usr/share/virtualbox/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso or /usr/lib/virtualbox/additions/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso.
Do you wish to download this CD image from the Internet?

I say yes then get this message-

Failed to download the VirtualBox Guest Additions CD image from http://dlc.sun.com.edgesuite.net/virtua ... Ubuntu.iso.
Error downloading http://dlc.sun.com.edgesuite.net/virtua ... Ubuntu.iso - server replied: Not Found

Now, I understand that if I can download this Guest Additions file I will somehow then be able to open it in the guest and all will be well.
But where can I download it from?
Please can someone tell me?

It won't help anyone, because the GA are shipped with the program. Unless you, like you, install it from the distro repo. Then you have to be smart enough to get the associated GA from there as well. It is a suggested package after all.
