Hello Everyone,
I have Vbox 4.1.2 running on a Ubuntu 64 11.04 host machine with a Ubuntu 64 10.04.3 guest.
I got everything installed on my guest with NAT active, but as soon as I try anything else such as Bridged or Host-only adapter, the VM will freeze .5 seconds into startup.
This happens to every VM I have regardless whether its 32/64 bit or which OS
I started a post on Superuser.com with no results, there are some screenshots there aswell.

Any input?
Thanks,
Maze
VM freezes when starting with anything but NAT
Re: VM freezes when starting with anything but NAT
What happens when using 2 adapters for a Guest? 1 nat and 1 bridged.

Must be something with the Bridge driver on the Host, you could try to reinstall vbox.

Re: VM freezes when starting with anything but NAT
Have'nt you fix it yet?? I had same scenario, using ub64bit and many guests, all were working with no problems
until i started to do a lot of things with qemu, i recall i inserted the kvm and kvm_intel modules.
- i could fix it by removing them using rmmod or modprobe -r
- other workaround was to unload the vboxnetflt module and reinstalling virtualbox, but the first was the key
try it and good luck
