Mouse integration

Hiya. Newbie asking for help. I've had Windows XP running fine in PCLinuxOS, but I have one or two issues with running Ubuntu/Kubuntu, Feisty Fawn. I'm unable to get the Mouse Integration working (it's OK in Win XP) and difficulties with Auto-resize Guest Display, which seems a bit hit and miss. Am I missing something obvious? Thanks.
