CDBOOT Problem

can you help me how come i get message saying CDBOOT: Couldn't find NTLDR when i try to install Windows 2000 professional? I already mounted the cd? any ideas? i use kernel 2.6.20. By the way, i tested the cd on normal machine and it boots fine.
