RTR3Init failed with rc=-1912 (rc=-1912) (SOLVED)

Post by mossa »

Hello,

I've downloaded the 2.2.4 version, under openSuse 11.1, after deinstalled the OSE version, that was running ok.

When I try to play any virtual machine, I obtain the following message:

RTR3Init failed with rc=-1912 (r=-1912)

Anybody can help me, please?

Regards

NOTE: the problem was that I tried to use a 32 bit over a system with 64 bit

Hi, i have the same problem. Can you tell me, how to install 64 bit version? When i try to install virtualbox-2.2_2.2.4-47978_Debian_lenny_amd64.deb from the official site, i get:

Code: Select all

package architecture (amd64) does not match system (i386) ,
but i have 64bit system...

Code: Select all

debianpc:/home/bloody/Desktop# uname -a
Linux debianpc 2.6.26-2-amd64 #1 SMP Thu Mar 26 02:56:43 UTC 2009 x86_64 GNU/Linux
