PXE stopped working for 1.5.0

According the changelog of virtualbox-1.5.0: "Version 1.5.0 also
adds support for serial ports and comes with a fully standard compliant Intel PXE network boot agent." For me after upgrade 1.4.0 to 1.5.0 PXE stopped working with following errors:

PXE-T04: Illegal TFTP operation
PXE-E36: Error received from TFTP server
PXE-M0F: Exiting Intel Boot Agent

What happend with the new PXE agent?

P.S. I can boot just fine any of regular PC's using the same DHCP/TFTP server.
