When you click on it, open My Computer and you should see a CD mounted. If not then:

1. Click on Devices in the Virtual Box window.
2. Select Mount CD/DVD-Rom, and choose CD/DVD-ROM image.
3. Click on VBoxGuestAdditions.iso, then click on Select at the bottom.
4. If you have AutoRun enabled then the Guest Additions should just start up asking for attention. If AutoRun is disabled, then open My Computer and you should see a virtual CD with it on.

If the above steps don't work, then you may need to enable your CD-Rom in the virtual machine settings.

You're welcome. I had the same trouble at first. :)
