Stuck at install, no CD

So far this program was really nice. Set up the New Virtual Box but am stuck at step 3.3 in the isntruction manual
Where I need to select Host Drive... I click Mount CD/DVD and check Host CD/DVD but there is no name to select in the drop down...

I can however Select the bottom one and browse all over my system

just in case I made sure the CD Properties Windows Sharing was Check

I am running Xandros, With 2 Users Admin and Other.

Double check on the manual, I think to remember that VB must be part of the groups that have access to the /dev/cdrom
