I mean to just do an Icon/file to start for example my WinXp virtual-machine. For now I have to start Virtual box and the click on my descided virtual-machine and the I close virtual box again.
I remember that that was possible on vmware or was it maybe win4lin?

I found a way to do it with VBoxManage, And I found it in the manual. thanks stefan.

Right klick on the desktop (KDE), Create New - Link to Application. Under Application, in the Command field "VBoxManage startvm WinXp" where WinXp is the name of the virtual machine.
Now I have a click-on icon that starts my WinXp :D
