Ctrl-Alt-2 doesn't switch into monitor

I've installed VirtualBox on Fedora 7 and I'm trying to install Windows 2000 as a VM. Unfortunately, I have a Windows 2000 Upgrade CD, which requires that I temporarily swap CD to a Windows 98 one during the install.

I know that I need to get into the monitor to do this, but I can't get Ctrl-Alt-2 to work.

Can anyone suggest a fix/workaround for this

Install first Win98.

Zhen 2 K. Then there is no CD-Change.

if you definitely want ctrl-alt-2: try Qemu ...
