Error With starting VM

i tried to open my VM I got this error what should I do.

I'm new to this community I'm a great pentester and much more and have resolved lots in my past using this website so if you need more info let me know because i'm not for sure what else I should put but all the error says.

Unresolved (unknown) host platform error. (VERR_UNRESOLVED_ERROR).

Please provide a VM log file. Make sure the VM is fully shut down, then right click it in the manager UI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.

I just got it fixed sorry to waste any time I just had to change my paravirtualization interface to default I changed it to KVM being told it runs faster on a Linux machine because it's kernel based and forgot i changed it for some reason it also worked at first too so I don't know but it's working now so thank you for getting me to get my butt on here and try to think out to what it could've been.
