What kind of paravirtualization should I use?
What kind of paravirtualization should I use for a ubuntu host with a windows 11 guest? It can be "kvm" or "Hyper-V". Thank you very much!

It should be set to whatever VM API language is spoken by the guest. Windows guests speak Hyper-v when talking to a hypervisor (in this case VirtualBox).
IMO, just leave that setting on Default.
The language that your host OS uses to talk to its hypervisor is not relevant to the virtual machine.
