Critical error on Arch linux

Post by barii »

hello, I am getting "A critical error has occurred while running the virtual machine and the machine execution has been stopped." error when I am trying to run any VM.
I have virtualization enabled in BIOS, and I had these VMs running before.

thanks for any suggestions.

KVM/QEMU are possibly operating in your host OS.

FWIW, you don't have to uninstall QEMU/KVM, you just cannot run a KVM VM and a VirtualBox VM at the same time, because KVM does not share VT-x/AMD-V.
