Windows 10 vm error on first boot
Windows 10 vm error on first boot
host machine is arch based, I got windows 7 to work but neither does windows 8 or 10 work (tried latest and 1709). I am pretty new to linux so I have no idea what is wrong with it :/

Re: Windows 10 vm error on first boot
While trying to get VMware to work (which I didn't manage to get working) I got an error for NX/ND being disabled, which was probably also the issue VM VirtualBox had with windows 10 (that or some dependency I installed for VMWare was the issue) and now I am going through the installation of windows 10 on virtualbox hopefully it will be successful

Yep, that's it. This is a host BIOS fix, I think.00:00:02.980103 NX - No-Execute/Execute-Disable = 0 (0)
