I am running Virtualbox 6.1.32 on Linux Mint 19.3
Can I run the Virtualbox 7.0.2 installation as an upgrade of 6.1.32?
I cannot find any instructions on this upgrade.
Upgrade 6.1.32 to 7.0.2 on Linux Mint 19.3 ?

It is recommended to uninstall the old version then reboot before installing the new version when going to a new major version, like 6.0 to 6.1 or 6.1 to 7.0
Minor version upgrades, like 6.1.x to 6.1.y, can be installed right over the top of the old version.
7.0 is still buggy, expect to have problems. If you need a VM to stay running, stay on 6.1 for now.
Make a complete restorable host disk image or three, as well as VM folder backups. Some folks report failures running 7.0 that don't revert when going ack to 6.1, though we've not figured out why yet.
