Perhaps it's the mismatched extension pack.

00:00:03.127617 Installed Extension Packs:
00:00:03.127628 Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension Pack (Version: 6.1.34 r150636; VRDE Module: VBoxVRDP)
I don't think RHEL (64bit) can be entirely happy with just 1GB RAM and 1 CPU core either. I would increase to 8GB and 2 cores. And 16MB graphics RAM isn't really good for much: increase to 128MB.

Thanks mpack :D . It was related with the old version of extension pack. I have upgraded Extension Pack to the latest version and also increased RAM, CPU core and other settings..
