Cannot Click on CD Images When Adding as Storage

Post by BTJustice »

Host: Kubuntu 22.04
Guest: Any Live CD

When I select a Virtiual Drive, click on SETTINGS, and then click on STORAGE, I cannot select any disc images when I click on the secondary/CD drive, click the CD icon, and then click on CHOOSE A DISC FILE...

The window to browse for disc images appears, but I cannot click on anything to select it nor can I click on OK. I have to type the first few letters to have it show up in NAME then press ENTER to do OK.

This window should be from the host OS, not generated by Virtualbox. Check if the window's file type filter is set to show ISO's.

It is the host OS file window (Dolphin). It looks perfectly normal, but I cannot click on anything. It shows the .ISOs files.

That's pretty eclectic. We'll have to wait for a Linux guru to weigh in.

I was kind of getting tired of Kubuntu and Snaps so I installed Fedora KDE. I have the exact same issue as I had with Kubuntu. It must be something with KDE Dolphin.
