i cant start any virtualbox created

im using popos 22.04.

i was using virtualbox previously, i think was working on 20.04.
but after upgraded, i cant recall if i have started virtual box.
when i start it, it just stuck at black screen, not even virtualbox logo.

i tried to create a new virtualbox, with same result

anyone could help?
i even tried to rename ~/.config/VirtualBox, all my virtualbox is gone, and create a new host,
but same result.

cpu was showing about 100% on virtualbox process

Start the VM from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the VM from within the VM's OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the VM with the Power Off option set.

Right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log, zip it, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.

It appears your host may have KVM or QEMU enabled. I'm not sure how to turn those off, you'll have to web-search for their status and how to disable them.

because new docker desktop uses qemu
