vbox on Rhel7 manager slow

Hello All,

I installed virtual-box on Rhel7,
when I run the virtual box from Linux CLI, the virtual box manager is very slow and barely responsive.

any idea what can cause this behavior?

If this refers to the main Virtualbox window, where the list of VMs is and you can make new VMs and change settings, then do this: Reboot the host, try to start the main window, then close it. Then go to /home/username/.config (note the period in the folder name) and zip the VirtualBox folder. Post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.

If this refers to an individual VM, start the VM from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the VM from within the VM's OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the VM with the Power Off option set. Right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log, zip it, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
