This seems to have some relation to trying raw disk access. What the actual problem is, I don't know, though.

Virtualbox is supposed to support booting from USB when the VM is set to use the EFI BIOS.

ok the uefi shell worked... thx

Now I get this error for win11 guest

any ideas? thx

Glad you got USB and EFI working!
