VM - Win10
Host - Ubuntu 20.04 desktop
Please advise how to share files between Win10 VM and Host
File sharing folder already created. Pls refer to attached screenshot

All such inquiries should have a posted vbox.log.
Start the VM from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the VM from within the VM's OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the VM with the Power Off option set.
Right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log, zip it, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
4k screenshots should be scaled by 50% so they fit in a standard-screen-size forum view.

I refuse to believe that someone who has been posting on these forums since 2007 and with over 400 posts does not know how to configure a GA shared folder.
