You should ask the DaVinci Resolve people. Any answer you receive here is anecdotal at best.

I have asked their forum.

The answer is "Hyper-V works as well. But its need a dedicated GPU both for Host and VM"

I tried DaVinci Resolve 17 lately, and it didn't run inside a VirtualBox VM because of its GPU requirements.

No. Virtualbox cannot pass GPU or other host card devices to the VM.
