As title suggests, virtualbox guest machines just hangs to a black screen when I have another kvm guest is running on the same system. Not even the virtualbox efi 'splash screen' is shown. Is this a bug or an expected behavior?

Intel x64
Virtualbox installed from official site.

Re: Guests not starting when another kvm guest is running
This is expected behavior, because VT-x cannot be shared. But you can run both guests one after the other without having to reboot the host in between.
Re: Guests not starting when another kvm guest is running
Thank you.
Yes I can run both type of guest at different times. Also two kvm or two virtualbox guests can be launched simultaneously so I thought there may be a way to timeshare vt-x.
Have a good day
