Re: Can't start vm on CentOS 7
Either you have KVM running or you are running a very recent kernel. See viewtopic.php?f=7&t=103333.00:00:01.937344 Console: Machine state changed to 'GuruMeditation'
00:00:01.938363 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
00:00:01.938364 !!
00:00:01.938365 !! VCPU0: Guru Meditation -79 (VERR_INVALID_STATE)
00:00:01.938378 !!
You are also running very low on RAM and probably assigned too many cores. The sweet spot for Win10 in a VM is 2 cores, not 4.

Re: Can't start vm on CentOS 7
KVM was already running on your host, while you tried to start a VirtualBox VM. KVM and VirtualBox were contending for hardware virtualization (VT-X/AMD-V), but VirtualBox did not recognize that. Prevent KVM from running, before starting a VirtualBox VM.
