execution error while installing new linux VM
I have created new redhat 64 bit VM. while installing redhat8 iso file, getting attached error. Please find the attachments.

You forgot the log mentioned in the error message. Zip it and it will fit.

You cannot run a guest VM with 8GB of RAM when the host has onle 3.9GB available.

I wouldn't assign more than 3072MB RAM given the limitations of this host.
On the other hand, most guests will need more than 16MB graphics RAM. I'd assign 64MB.
p.s. All of this ignores what Red Hat gives as their minimum requirements - I didn't look that up, but it may be worth checking given the constraints.
