00:00:03.224081 Host RAM: 7979MB (7.7GB) total, 4077MB (3.9GB) available
00:00:03.422501 RamSize <integer> = 0x0000000200000000 (8 589 934 592, 8 192 MB, 8.0 GB)

You cannot run a guest VM with 8GB of RAM when the host has onle 3.9GB available.

And only 7.7GB total!

I wouldn't assign more than 3072MB RAM given the limitations of this host.

On the other hand, most guests will need more than 16MB graphics RAM. I'd assign 64MB.

p.s. All of this ignores what Red Hat gives as their minimum requirements - I didn't look that up, but it may be worth checking given the constraints.
