VBoxLinuxAdditions 7.0.8 installs in my VM (LM 21.1 (Vera)) but the display doesn't resize and I can't resize to 1920 x 1080.
On restart, I get NO display if I enable clipboard or try to share follders. Ctrl-F2 gives me a terminal so I can shut down gracefully but there's no GUI display at all.
My host machine uses an nVidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti. The display issue occurs with both the 525 and 530 nVidia driver installed in LM 19.3
Is there any nVidia driver that will work with VBox 7.0.8 and my GTX 750 Ti?

7.0.8's Guest Additions are showing some bugs. Try the 7.0.6's Guest Additions https://download.virtualbox.org/virtual ... _7.0.6.iso
or the 7.0 test builds Guest additions.
or the 7.0 test builds Guest additions.

Uninstalling 7.0.8 Guest Additions and then installing 7.0.6 Guest Additions did indeed solve my video issue ... but not automagically. I have to toggle to windowed mode (ctrl-F)and then back to full screen mode (ctrl-F again) to get 1920 x 1080 but at least it works.
Uninstalling the old VBoxLinuxAdditions is simple
cd /opt/VB*
sudo ./uninstall.sh
enter your password and you're back to no VBoxLinuxAdditions.

Addendum
Just for grins* I used "Upgrade Guest Additions" under the "Devices" pop-up and upgraded my VM to 7.0.8 and everything continues to work.
My guess is 7.0.6 provides "something" 7.0.8 needed for the display to work.
* I archived an image of the VM before I hit the upgrade button
