I'll just add this to fth0's suggestion above:

"Powered Off" means that in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, the tile for the "Debian32" VM should have the words "powered off" underneath "Debian32". Not "saved", not "aborted", etc.

The zip file I provided i performed exactly that.

The zip file you linked to was starting a save-stated VM. Try again from powered-off and do as ft0 suggests. Then post a new zipped log.

I have compared the debian VM log files and found no difference between the guest powered off and on.

I have installed The latest version of Virtualbox 7.04 and found it also shows retbleed error message.

No log posted to show the latest attempts to fix this, despite several instructions to do so. OK, I guess you want to solve this problem yourself. So be it.
