About settings on VirtualBox Manager

PC config
CPU - 12 cores
RAM - 128G

on Settings
-> Motherboard
What shall I set on Base Memory ?

-> Processor
What shall I set on Processor ?

Who are you? You are clearly not someone who has been using VirtualBox since 2007.

If you are a new user then see chapter 1 of the user manual.

In any case there is no correct answer to your question. The question of how much resources to give to a VM depends on how much resources you have and why the VM needs them. The general rule is not to give a VM more than it needs. Most of my VMs get 2 cores and around 2GB-4GB of RAM (which my host can easily spare).
