gotcha let me try that. i didnt know the equivalent for the amd bios. unfortnately i don't think this cpu can do that. Ill let you know.

The error message would be different if the feature was unavailable, instead of available but disabled. Hopefully your Toshiba BIOS provides an option to enable virtualization.

You would need to ask Toshiba how to enable the option. Perhaps it is there in the BIOS but you didn't find it. Perhaps there is a BIOS upgrade available.
