Constant CPU 15% usage when idling
I am running VirtualBox 6.1.2r135332. Both host and guest are Windows 10 version 1909 Build 18363.720. When guest is idling at about 2 to 5% CPU, VirtualBox is running 15 to 18% on host constantly. Does anyone have the same experience. Is this normal?

Haven't seen this myself.
Start the guest from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the guest from within the guest OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the guest with the Power Off option set.
Please zip and post the guest's vbox.log, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
