VM can't start (VERR_NEM_VM_CREATE_FAILED)

Hello everyone! New user here!

Why is my VM won't start? but it display these error codes

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine MSDOS-VM.

Call to WHvSetupPartition failed: ERROR_SUCCESS (Last=0xc000000d/87) (VERR_NEM_VM_CREATE_FAILED).

Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)

I am using Windows 10 Ver1903 (OS Build 18362.295)
And the VM that I want to run is MS DOS.

Search the webs for "VERR_NEM_VM_CREATE_FAILED site:forums.virtualbox.org". Chances are that you're going to land on "I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests". Read it carefully for some known solutions...
