Cannot Install RedHat linux on VirtualBox

Hi I'm using VirtualBox 5.2.32 builds, on my dell latitude 3500 laptop with Intel i5-8365U processor.
Host OS is Windows 10 Pro 1903, did install VirtualBox Extension Pack.
also Turned on VT-X in BIOS, unchecked using Hyper-V, Sandbox, HyperVisor platform, Guarded Host etc.

Whenever I tried to install RedHat linux (CentOS 7.6, Oracle 7.6, RHEL 7), it always turned kernel panic - not syncing : fatal exception
I just set default settings of RedHat 64bit, and do not use USB, Network, Audio and Ports.
I also tried different iso files, but it didn't work.
But strangely, Installing Ubuntu and windows 7 go well.

I attached vblogs and screen shot.
Please give me some hands.
