Can't update Guest Additions

Host: Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.18362 Build 18362
Guest: Ubuntu 18.04.2L (64bit)
VirtualBox version: 6.0.10 r 132072 (Qt5.6.2)

Hi:
On Starting Ubuntu VM I get a message to update guest additions in Windows.

I clicked on Devices, “install guest additions CD image...” and received a pop-up VB error saying the following:

Unable to insert the virtual optical disk C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\VBoxGuestAdditions.iso into the machine Ubuntu 18.04.2 L.

Could not mount the media/drive 'C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\VBoxGuestAdditions.iso' (VERR_PDM_MEDIA_LOCKED).
