VM does not start after update to Windows 1903

I can no more use Virtualbox, since I have updated to Windows 1903.
At first I thought that the virtual maschine (Linux Mint Mate) is corrupt, so I deleted it and wanted to create a new VM with Linux Mint Mate 19.1. But that also fails. This is the error message:

Call to WHvSetupPartition failed: ERROR_SUCCESS (Last=0xc000000d/87) (VERR_NEM_VM_CREATE_FAILED).

Maybe anybody has an idea what I can to about this?

There has been a whole similar thread discussing this issue. I would start by reading that and following the advice given there.
