Hello,

Why in settings -> processor tab -> Nested VT-X / AMD-V can't be activated?
Even though I have made sure the settings in the BIOS Intel Virtualization Technology (VMX) are active.

My processor is Intel Core i7-7700HQ.

Did you try to read the User Manual for that particular setting? Ch. 3.5.2. Processor Tab:

Enable Nested VT-x/AMD-V: Enables nested virtualization, with passthrough of hardware virtualization functions to the guest VM.

This feature is available on host systems that use an AMD CPU. For Intel CPUs, the option is grayed out.

You should have a searchable PDF included with your installation (Help » Contents). If not, there's the on-line manual in PDF format, again searchable. Take advantage of that fact, and use it to search the PDF for the terms that interest you.
