Seamless mode not available Win host, Fedora 30 LXDE guest

I got a new laptop, never had trouble with seamless mode before, now I can't get it working for my preferred guests, Fedora 29 or 30. It will work on some other Linux distros I tried.

Host is windows 10 with 8G, virtual box is 6.0.8, same guest additions installed. Guest is Fedora 30 LXDE 64 bit spin, patched to today, guest additions 6.0.8 installed, allocated 2 processors, 1.5G ram.
